Whether you are hosting an intimate dinner party or a grand wedding reception, Wahoo!
promises to deliver a memorable event. The patio at Wahoo! is an unexpected paradise that
can accommodate parties from 25 to 200 guests. The outdoor area is both tented and
heated creating a cozy atmosphere almost year-round.

General Event Information:
There is no facility rental fee, but we do encourage you to use a tent for outdoor events.
Tent sizes available:
20' x 20' tent – (to be quoted)
20' x 30' tent – (to be quoted)
30' x 30' tent – (to be quoted)
Sides - $60
Heater for tent - $200 (includes propane)
Our knowledgeable staff will work with you to choose the best menu for your event
including bar & wine pairings.
There will be a set up fee of $300.
Wahoo will provide staff to accommodate you and your guests based on the size of your
event. Server fees are as follows: $150 per server or 20% gratuity, whichever is more, for a 3 hour event. Each hour thereafter is $30 per hour per server.
Some chair, plate ware, glassware, and linen rental fees may apply depending on the size of
your party.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation; the amount is 25% of the
estimated food bill.
